These vacancies have been taken out by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission, whose details are as follows. A total of 5396 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Out of these, 3099 posts are for Junior Assistant and 2297 posts are for Panchayat Executive Officer.
Who is eligible to apply
Candidates who have graduated from 10+2+3 pattern can apply for the post of Junior Assistant. This degree can be taken in any subject of Arts, Science or Commerce. Along with this, the candidates should also have computer knowledge. For the post of Panchayat Executive Officer, 12th passed candidates from any stream from 10+2 pattern can apply.
The age limit has been fixed from 21 to 38 years. Age will be calculated from 1 January 2023. Reserved category will get relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
How will be the selection
Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of written test and practical test. First written test will be conducted and after that practical test will be taken. The written test will be of 180 marks in which each question will carry one mark. The duration of the exam will be three hours. And the practical test will be a computer skill test, which will be of 50 marks and the duration of which will be one hour.
